Privacy Questions We Hear Often

We hold your registration details, identity documents submitted for KYC, device and session metadata, transaction history across DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS, and any support messages you've sent. Each category is listed in full inside the policy.

Yes. Submit an erasure request through your account panel or email our privacy inbox. Where local law permits we'll remove your file, though some records must be kept for the retention period required by financial regulation.

Identity files are retained for the period set by Indonesian anti-money-laundering rules, which typically runs several years past account closure. After that window expires we securely destroy the documents on a scheduled cycle.

Only with processors needed to run your account: payment partners for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS settlements, KYC vendors for identity checks, and our hosting provider. We don't sell data to advertisers or unrelated brands.

Open the marketing preferences panel inside your account and toggle email, SMS or push channels independently. Changes take effect immediately and your choice is logged so we can show, on request, exactly when you updated it.

We follow a published breach protocol. If your file is affected, we notify you and the relevant Indonesian authority within the legally required window, explain what data was exposed and outline the containment steps already taken.

Material updates trigger an in-app notice and an email to your registered address before they take effect. Minor edits appear in the change log at the foot of this page so you can track every revision over time.
